Join the Alger Apartments team! We are looking for a motivated individual to help maintain our beautiful apartment community.

Responsibilities include:
✔ General maintenance and repairs
✔ Apartment turns and make-readies
✔ Grounds upkeep and property inspections
✔ Responding to resident maintenance requests
✔ Assisting with preventative maintenance projects

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, great customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
